§ 2.04.010. Establishment—Designation of directors.

There is established the within-named councilmanic departments within the borough. A member of the borough council shall be appointed as director of each of the within-named departments. Each councilmember for the borough shall be appointed the director of at least one department, and each councilmember shall be appointed to serve as a committee member of two other departments. The above appointments shall be made by the mayor with the advice and consent of the borough council.
