§ 2.12.040. Rules and regulations.

A.

The borough council shall make rules and regulations for the government, management and discipline of the police department. The chief of police shall have supervision of the police department and shall see that all just rules and regulations of the department are enforced.

B.

There are established and adopted rules and regulations for the conduct and operation of the police department of the borough and its members and a code of conduct for police officers which shall be in accordance with the document which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference hereto and is described as appendix to chapter 2.12. Said appendix to chapter 2.12, shall be adopted in full as the body and substance of this article.
